Full Circle DoJang offers a Cardio Kickboxing class twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 - 8:45 PM.
Cardio Kickboxing is an aerobic exercise routine, comparable to Tae Bo. This high-intensity workout is intended to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.
This class is for men and women of all ages. You do what you can. Tone those muscles, lose that weight and receive more energy!
